A small private overnight retreat. Will go again.

It was really convenient for my travel purpose. It had everything one would want in a very well thought out compact space.

Comfortable base for exploring the area.

Near the centre of Dunblane with easy access to other places in the area. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Comfortable and cosy despite freezing temperatures outside.

Suited our needs and within our budget. Would probably stay again

Location was good for the event we were attending. It is a very compact cittage but it was fine for one night. Not sure if the heating was on a timer ut was cold before we went out in the evening but came on during the night . It was clean and had everything we needed. Just be careful with the step Down into the bathroom

Everything was as expected, it is a well thought out one bed flat. Street parking along the road, but with handy train station, nice immediate walks, cafes, great Indian restaurant, and good pub, no need for a car. If cycling, perhaps check owner re places for bikes. But a lovely stay, we plan to return!😀

Perfect stay

A perfect place for a weekend away and, if we had time, even longer. Location was perfect and close to local amenities. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were helpful and responded very quickly when we contacted them before our stay. Will definitely be back

Great find. Lovely cosy cottage with everything that you need. Very clean property and comfortable bed. Extra toilet roll, coffee and toiletries was a lovely touch.

I found it quite hard to find at the beginning as google maps took me to the wrong end of the street. Make sure you go to the 2nd disabled space not the first! However, I did speak with the owner and she was lovely and was able to guide me in the right direction.

Excellent accommodation and facilities - immaculately kept and very good VFM

Excellent facilities in an excellent apartment. Place was immaculate - shower was great. All in all very good value for money.

A photo of where the key box was situated would be helpful. Also I found getting key box to open was a bit finicky.

Parking tricky Overwhelming use of air freshener / smell masking spray in lounge area to the extent it affected my eyes - due to the size of the apartment there was no escape from this . A little milk in the fridge would have been great.

Sweet Little Unit.

This is a lovely little compact unit. We really appreciated the washer dryer. Location was great very close to all the monuments and tours we wanted to do.

Lovely cottage in good location

Checkout at 10 is very early. WiFi was very poor. Was contacted the morning I left asking about a spill in the bedroom. The cottage in very clean condition and there was no spill on the carpet. So that was concerning. The cottage is designed for couples rather than friends. A sofa bed would be an improvement so that I could visit with a friend. However the bathroom is an in suite. Overall a cosy cottage ideal for couples

Functional pit stop

Location of property and layout. The property has been cleverly designed. Owner however was unapologetic when we phoned about issues. We were grateful for our stay but disappointed with service from host and condition of property.

We arrived and prepared dinner, grill and oven were filthy. Towels in bathroom were non absorbent and flimsy, no chopping board/bread board, no oven gloves. Cutlery drawer was messy and dirty, dinner plates were dirty and needed washed before we used them. Central heating came on during the night, while we were staying it was a heatwave.

The use of the key box was ideal. No issues using the code.

There is limited parking beside the house itself and have to park a few streets away. But given this is an old town with very narrow streets that was to be expected.

I couldn’t find was a tea towel? And there were no instructions about what to do before leaving, kitchen appliances etc (or at least none I found…)

Cosy rest stop

Convenient random location for us enroute south. Nice and clean with a washer/dryer. Modern shower room, nice loungeroom and bedroom albeit compact. Fabulous church nearby with local historian made our stay memorable. Pleasant host was communicating well regarding delayed entry due to the cleaners ill health. Easy walk to town for supermarket and train and some interesting old architecture around. Reasonably priced for the area and we would be happy to stay again.

Parking was a lottery since the locals use the very limited spaces but we were lucky to get one 30m away. It was a bit disconcerting to have the front door 18 inches from the road on such a narrow street but built before cars were around.

Beautiful village and delightful accommodation with everything we needed,

The property was cosy, well decorated and had everything we need for our stay. The kitchen was very well appointed for self catering and the washing machine was very convenient as it was a washer/dryer. The apartment was on a lovely and quiet street. It was in walking distance from the main town and there was free parking.

We could only fit one suitcase in the bedroom. The other one had to go in the lounge room. There was a box of detergent for the washing machine but it was empty.

Couldn't have been a better start to our Scotland holiday.

A well presented apartment with everything you need, inc separate kitchen/living room/bedroom/ensuite. Handy parking in a beautiful quiet area within walking distance to the delightful Dunblane village. Dined at a friendly local pub serving a well priced meal.

We were only there for a very quick overnight stay but the property was clean and comfortable and heated up very quickly. Bedroom was small but that wasn't a problem. Quirky bathroom space was great

This property is beautiful and so clean and comfortable. The location is ideal if you want.nice quiet night and also close to Stirling if you fancy going out . shops pubs restaurants a few minutes walk away. the property has a Roku stick great Wi-Fi . it was so nice we loved it and will definitely book again. Host is great and answers any questions so quick . 10/10 🙌

A very cosy place to stay for a few days.

The property itself is lovely and cosy. Very nicely decorated with all you need for a self - catering break.

Couple small things. The toilet seat was very loose. Would suggest some uht milk for guest to have a cuppa on arrival before managing to get to the shop for milk. A spare toilet roll would be handy too.

Well worth a stay

Very good location close to city centre, and lovely quite street. Fantastic house with everything you need inside, tea coffee, toiletries to towels

Had an issue with no water in the morning , early afternoon due to local issue. Had to go unwashed and go to local supermarket to get a toilet.
