I like that it was easy to check in (no check-in) just a message with the codes. It was really clean, someone came daily to change the towels and water. It is conveniently close to the Metro station and the delivery was super fast for food or other requirements. Recommended for people that are visiting Hangzhou, small families, or couples and friends. Can easily sleep 4 comfortably. There is a kettle, tea, and some cutlery.
The location is busy (which can be nice for most people), but when we first saw the location (building and the floor we were on) it gave the feeling of a dormitory (but once we were inside the apartment, it was fine). The beds were a little hard for us, but it might not be an issue for others.

Location, washing machine, fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Well packed towels and amenities provided. Staff trying her best to get us early check in.
Wear and tear on the wall, shower holder knob is loose, floor tiles is not even, main door is not evenly with the floor and caused hard to close, toilet door unable to close properly. Actual room is different from the picture shown. Payment pay on the spot, not via booking.com
