Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang

The location was convenient to my trip as I need to visit nearby community. The local area is handy enough for any grocery shopping and eating out.

The AC doesn’t work well, my trip is at October and I woke up midnight feeling sweaty and breathless. There was unpleasant smell coming from the drainage from time to time. The interior design is a bit scary: dark corridors with mirrors everywhere; the side boards resemble Chinese coffin from its colour to the shape. The breakfast staff are a bit rude-I was asking for a teapot and was told there is kettle in my room, which was not a communication issue as I speak Chinese.

Stayed here the second time on business trip, the rooms are good size, with comfortable beds, a clean washroom, coffee tea maker etc, advantage for Indian guests is the safron indian restaurant in the same compound and a McDonald's as well, so plenty of eating options available to suit the Indian pallette. The breakfast spread is equally good with a mix of continental and oriental cuisines.

They should have a health faucet in every bathroom, the entire world doesn't use tissue papers 😀

Over all it was fine but the problem o faced my stay extended two days and i informed the property about this a week ago but on 12th April i came from Shanghai i was unable to get inside the room o went to the reception they told it wsd your last day I said i informed earlier and this is not the way you locked my room my luggage is there you are saying it was your last day you have to ask first from customer whether he want to checkout or not

Because there were no response from the girl management i made my extension request a week ago property did not respond and check it
