Big flat with two full bathrooms (toilet + shower)
Payment was partly via booking and 17euro should be cash to owners hands. Somehow owner wanted 40€, then he changed it to 27€. Both are more then 17euro which was weird.

Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und offen, die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos.
Die Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer war zum Teil ohne Lampenschirme, in dem einen Gästezimmer war der Teppich mit extremen Abnutzungsspuren belassen

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, Küche und Bad sind frisch renoviert. Alle Betten sind Einzelbetten. Man hat die gesamte obere Etage, also immer irgendwo Sonne. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße Dresden-Pirna, man ist schnell in der Stadt und auch im östlichen Umland. Direkt am Haus kann man parken. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig.
Das Geländer beim Eingang und im Hausflur ist dürftig, nur ein recht dünner Eisenstecken, der letzte Treppenlauf schon in der Wohnung hat gar kein Geländer - war für uns nicht gut. Auf den Balkon geht es nur durch ein Schlafzimmer und über mehrere kleine Absätze - für Rollator oder Kinderwagen keine Freude. Die Wohnung hat Schwellen.

Preis / Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ! Sehr schönes Bad und Küche ! Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns etwas früher in die Wohnung gelassen hat !
Sehr laut ( von der Straße ) besonders Nachts , Fenster können dadurch nicht geöffnet werden! Keine blickdichten Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmer .Leider Sat 1 und RTL kein Empfang im TV ( so konnten wir leider, am Freitag, nicht Bayern schauen ) Durchgang zum Balkon durch ein Schlafzimmer und für 5 Personen ziemlich klein.
