It's a lovely flat,clean,hotel quality beddings,accomodations got everything you need esp in the kitchen if you want to cook,cosy lounge and ideal for group booking with 2 bedrooms and was close to Ben Nevis as were climbing up there during our stay.

I find the bed hard for sleeping for my own preferences maybe it can do with a matress topper to help but everything else was perfect and got everything we needed. Thanks

Location undesirable but nice inside

The interior was lovely, and well stocked with toiletries etc. Location was a major downfall, we were quite shocked when we arrived. In an undesirable area, wouldn’t feel safe going out after dark, especially with children. We ended up booking somewhere else for the second night. It was a good deal (for understandable reason) but you aren’t prepared for the exterior as there are no pictures of it on the site.

Lovely flat

The flat is well presented, clean and tidy. It has everything you need. We were very happy with it. The location in Fort William is excellent to visiting other parts of the Highlands. Lovely view out of the front windows.

On first glance, the location is a bit run down. But I will say the area I very quiet and no issues at all and the neighbours we met were friendly.

Uncomfortable, frustrating, disappointing and time wasting.

Mis-sold and mis-leading accommodations.

This property is mis-sold. It is situated on and estate not suitable for young children. The view from the windows was a children’s trampoline, a prison backyard and there is rubbish in the front garden. Arriving here at 2.00am with 2 young children due to delayed flight was very uncomfortable. Due to the delayed flights we stayed at this property to get some sleep arriving at 2.00qm and we left at 9.00am. So we spent 7 hours here and the company are still charging us half the costs. We spend most of our first day (this was a 3 day short trip to experience the Harry pottery train). So this caused complete inconvenience and frustration for my family. My husband had a stroke 4 weeks prior so we was looking forward to relaxing in the accommodation after our journey and train trip. But instead we had to drive 58 miles away to get accommodation we felt comfortable and safe in. The outside was like we was in a prison cell with the prison court yard. The photos will show our concerns. We have more photos but can only share a few on here.

Comfortable, clean, cosy, good size for three people. Fabulous views of Glen Nevis. Walking distance from Fort William. Good having a washing machine after walking WHW.

Being on a social housing estate. The price should be reduced slightly due to this location.

Great value for money and professional behaviour of the property manager.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It is approximately 1.5 km from the railway station however, the local taxi services are excellent and this really helps with the journey. The view of the Glen Nevis from this property is great. We enjoyed our stay. I had booked the property for 2 nights instead of 3 nights by mistake. However, when i called the property manager to extend my stay, it was all done in a couple of minutes.

Location and parking were good, and accommodation was clean enough.

Area, lack of private garden, view from the kitchen, bedrooms felt damp, mould in the bathroom, and toilet seat was loose.

Disappointing

The inside of the flat was fine, beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were perfect. Loved the touch of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and sugar available to use.

Booked this flat because it was listed as having parking. Expected this to be off the road parking or an allocated parking spot for the flat. It was just normal parking where every there was a space on the road outside. The area did look run down and would not say the flat had a garden area, was just a gravel area outside front window. It was a struggle to get the key box open. The shower cubicle is very small.

It was cosy, comfortable and much more spacious than a hotel room. Just a short drive to town.

The initial sighting of the property from the outside was...of concern to us but once entering the unit/flat we were pleased.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water and heating on arrival, however it was fixed quickly for us.

cute but very cold property

it was close to Ben Nevis

we had no heating the first night which ended up with us sleeping in the car to keep warm and second day. Even though the number given to contact was available they did not respond. we then had to contact them via phone call late on the second night to get help
