Excellent communication from host, welcoming touches on arrival like milk and shortbread and apartment very clean. Parking on the adjacent road easy and it was a short walk into town, although via steep roads/paths/steps! Great views across the bay.
The gardens were unkept and very unsightly. The single bed I used creaked every time I moved making for an uncomfortable night and small items slightly let the apartment down, like a loose toilet roll holder! However, it was ideal for a short stay in Fort William.

Price was low, but appropriate for the facilities. Heating was efficient. It was warm.
Bed, pillows not comfortable. Felt like foam. Couldn't use the shower - poor pressure, would have taken too long to shower when 4 of us were using the shower.
