It was quiet, bed was comfortable and the air con worked, but was slow to cool. After shopping for some detergent it was ok but without a car this would have been very difficult.

If your preference is clean air; quietude; exercise opportunities, Apartmani La Vi is your ideal locale. Having stayed in a number of hotels, this rates as the most novel, since there is a large mountain outside the back and a myriad of tropical-looking trees around the perimeter. For me, this is an asset, and I certainly enjoyed uninterrupted sleep courtesy of no adjacent bars or car traffic. It also rates very competative in terms of price comparisons, since, if you do avail youself of taxis or have a car, the main promenanade and centre is a mere 5 minute drive. As I now prefer ' Shanks pony' (on foot) transportation, the hill walk to the apartment from the centre provided me with exellent cardiovascular training opportunities.
