T5 Disney Paris/Val d’Europe

Everything was explained step by step, with no issues getting to the property or access into it. Parking required going to a 2nd entrance, but was super easy & secure. The apartment itself was great - well furnished & equipped.....perfect for our family holiday.

Aircon would have been great given that it was 36-37 degrees, but there were fans that made sleeping comfortable......but that's me being super picky.

Excellent property in a fantastic location just a 30 minute walk to Disney a bus stop right outside and just a short 5 minute walk to Val d Europe shopping centre.

The property was easy to find & instructions to get into the flat was very detailed & easy to understand. The elevator was so helpful when moving our luggage.The 4 separate bedrooms all contained what Americans would call a queen size bed. The bed my hubby & I slept in was comfortable. The master bedroom had a master bath with a shower. The 2nd bath contained a nice sized bath tub & sink and a 3rd room down the hall was the water closet with a toilet. It was a helpful design for a group of 6 when we were preparing to go somewhere. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher and seating. The patio was well furnished but due to the extreme heat we did not use that space. The bus stop for the public bus was directly outside the flat. The 2231 bus picked up at this stop and dropped off in front of Disneyland Paris for 2 Euros. A short walk to a local shopping area was nice for picking up a few groceries or pastries for breakfast.

1) Our first night’s sleep at the property was a little hot due to the extreme heat. There is no air conditioning which I know is quite common in Europe but there were also no fans to use. The next morning we contacted the owner and asked if some fans could be provided. When we returned from Disney there were 2 fans waiting for us. Hopefully the fans stay in the unit for future guests. 2) The location is on a busy road so there is a lot of road noise from buses & delivery trucks. The noise starts early around 6 am and doesn’t quiet down until midnight. The noise would not have been so noticeable if we didn’t have the windows open so if you’re planning to travel in a cooler season this may not be a problem. 3) Bath linens were sparse. Only 8 well-used bath towels and no face cloths or hand towels were available. If staying longer than a couple of days guests might want to pack a couple extra towels unless they want to wash up the towels that are provided. There is a washing machine and drying rack in the unit for guest use.

Appartement très vieillissant, canapé très moyen, écran TV tache de luminosité, équipement cuisine de tout et rien, vaisselle pas propre, store dans une chambre cassé (luminosité le matin), salle de bain veillotte (cabine de douche qui ne ferme pas dans salle de bain 2, pomme de douche défectueuse et problème de pression dans salle de bain 1), ampoules grillées non changées, manque de décoration et de meubles = sensation de vide.... Poignées des portes qui grincent de fou et qui réveillent toute la partie nuit, lits non King size (dommage) Bref les photos vendent du rêve mais déception à l'arrivée.
