It’s a quiet area, even though there are some bars playing music which you can hear in the room. The rooms are a good size plus the living space and kitchen is a bit separated what I do like.
The ovall infrastructure like the bath, windows and walls (very thin) could maybe use a bit of work. But it was fine

Muy limpio. Cerca de bares /restaurantes y supermercado. Muy cerca de transporte público. Camas comodas. Buena calefacción .
El suelo crujía, no estaba nivelado en algunos sitios. Algún desperfecto, pequeño, en muebles y paredes. La ducha un poco baja, el techo estaba inclinado y es la zona más baja. La entrada al apartamento da un poco de miedo.
