Nothing to say. Location is ok

Very bad experience. We couldn't sleep because of broken cot leg.14th May night we slept on floor. Bad smell coming from bath room. I raised the complaint. But nothing happened.Mismanagment. Apartment not secured. Not suitable family. My neighborhood apartment robbed 13th may. This apartment company looting money .

The apartment is located in a good location. It's within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro station. The contact with the owner is top-notch. Always helpful and friendly.

The bedroom located on the ground floor facing the street is quite noisy. Unfortunately, the electric curtains don't work, so it's also quite bright in the bedroom, despite having regular curtains closed. The electronic lock on the front door sometimes doesn't respond to the given code.

Lugar maravilhoso para hospedagem, aconchegante, limpo, otima localizacao. Sem duvidas, voltaria na proxima ida a Paris

Apartamento grande, confortavel. Grande area de sala, cozinha, banheiro confortavel. Maravilhoso para uma hospedagem em grupo, no caso eramos 03 pessoas. Proximo de varias estaçoes de metro e onibus o que facilitaram o acesso para explorar a cidade. Itens de cozinha completos, porem nao chegamos a cozinhar. Possuem tambem varal, maquina de lavar roupas e aquecedores otimos.

Acomodaçao agradavel. So pontuaria a dificuldade de abertura da porta principal com a fechadura eletronica e tambem sobre o entupimento do ralo do chuveiro que provocava algums vazamentos de agua. Fora isso, sem desconfortos.

Очень понравилось проживание и отношение собственников к гостям. Апартаменты расположены на 1 этаже. Katia and Thomas прислали информацию о кодах заранее и у нас не возникло проблем со входом в апартменты. помещение ванны находится в подвальном этаже, туда ведет историческая лестница. Так как я прочитала это заранее, то я была готова к этому. Надо сказать, что нам это понравилось, увидеть исторический подвал французского городского дома. Было все очень удобно организовано. Видно, что хозяева все продумали. Шум с улицы не мешал, улица относительно тихая. Мы благодарны хозяевам за заботу и комфорт для гостей. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners' attitude towards our guests. The apartment is on the first floor. Katia and Thomas sent us the codes in advance, and we had no problems entering the apartment. The bathroom is in the basement, accessible via a historic staircase. Having read this information in advance, I was prepared for this. I must say, we really enjoyed seeing the historic basement of a French townhouse. Everything was very conveniently organized. It's clear the owners have thought of everything. Street noise was not a distraction, and the street is relatively quiet. We are grateful to the owners for their thoughtfulness and for providing comfort for their guests.

Alles in allem sehr gut.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, da man maximal drei Minuten zu Fuß von der Metrostation Vaugirard entfernt ist. Außerdem finden sich in nächster Umgebung mehrere brassieries und Bäckereien sowie Supermärkte. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ist ausreichend eingerichtet.

Ein bisschen umständlich, dass man eine relativ steile Treppe ins Untergeschoss gehen muss, um das Bad und die Toilette zu erreichen.

Perfecto para visitar Paris

La ubicación excelente, tienes la toree Eiffel a 30 minutos caminando. El barrio tiene de todo, muy cerca del alojamiento, farmacia, supermercado, tiendas, bares restaurantes... y es muy tranquilo. Por la noche hay bastante calma se duerme bien. El apartamento es amplio, el wifi va bien, tiene televisión con aplicaciones de plataformas instaladas (netflix, amazon prime) solo pones tus claves y listo. El sofá cama es grande y cómodo, durmieron dos chavales de 13 y 10 años perfectamente. El baño es enorme. Todo estaba limpio y bien organizado tienes todo lo que puedes necesitar. La atención por parte de la empresa que lo gestiona es perfecta, muy atentos, contestan dudas y resuelven imprevistos enseguida.

EL acceso al baño se hace a través de una escalera, aunque tiene una puerta que cierra el acceso a la misma, si tienes niños pequeños se debe tener en cuenta.

Buena opción con precio razonable.

Zona tranquila de París con paradas de metro y autobús muy cercanas que te permiten moverte fácilmente. Apartamento nuevo, limpio y con lavadora. Los dueños muy amables, contestan rápidamente a las dudas.

Hay escaleras de caracol para bajar al baño que puede ser un hándicap si tienes alguna limitación física. Echamos de menos una sábana bajera para el sofá cama. Sólo te proporcionan el nórdico con su funda y las almohadas.

Maravilhosa

A Estadia foi muito agradável e os anfitriões muito gentis, precisamos entrar mais cedo por conta do nosso voo que chegava pela manhã e eles disponibilizaram o check-in antecipado. O apartamento conta com um sofá cama, além da cama de casal. A localização é excelente, perto do metrô linha 12 e da Torre Eiffel (alguns minutos de caminhada). Tem carrefour, Picardi (loja de congelados) e restaurantes próximos, o que deixou a estadia ainda mais agradável e econômica.

O único inconveniente do apartamento que achei foi o banheiro no andar inferior, o acesso é feito por uma escada de pedra, o que deixa um pouco perigoso para idosos e crianças pequenas, mas não comprometeu a qualidade da hospedagem, que foi muito agradável e confortável.

Es war eigentlich alles prima. Da das Bad im Kellergeschoss liegt, steigt manchmal etwas Kellergeruch nach oben. Wir empfanden das nicht als sehr störend.

No es cómodo

La ubicación

Los muebles son viejos y sucios, se huele la mugre, son incómodos y en mal estado. No tiene pilas la tv. Hay moscos en todo el piso y la regadera está tapada acumula y se hace un tipo charco. No es cómodo, y a pesar de que es económico que comparación de los otros sitios en París, deja mucho que desear el precio a comparación de lo que se recibe.
