Appartamento grande e bellissimo, completo di biancheria da letto e per il bagno. Cucina attrezzata con bollitore, microonde, fornelli, e stoviglie in quantità. Condizionatori in ogni stanza, indispensabili ad agosto. Al piano terra c'è un ristorantino che, purtroppo, ha chiuso per ferie il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, sennò sarebbe stato ancora più comodo.

tipica casa di campagna, travi a vista, pavimento in cotto
posizione ottima per visitare i più importanti luoghi di interesse della zona tra i 10 e i 40 minuti in auto
staff gentile e pronto ad intervenire per risolvere piccoli disagi, dell'host al proprietario ma soprattutto la signora Gloria
la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre ci ha obbligato ad usare l'aria condizionata più tempo di quanto volessimo, garantendo il fresco ma impedendo di arieggare soprattutto dopo aver cucinato (vista la mancanza della cappa)
l'assenza della macchinetta del caffè come descritto su booking (c'era la moka)

Flexible Check-In: While an early check-in at 8 am wasn't initially possible, they informed me around noon that the flat was available, which was accommodating and kind of them. although we arrange other plans to arrive later than 16, it still was nice of the,
Kitchen Supplies: Adequate plates and dishes, though mugs and glasses were limited for a booking of four people.
Location: Close proximity to Sirmione and Desenzano, making it convenient for tourists.
Parking: Beneficial free parking close to the property.
Accessibility & Room Location: The room was on the second floor of an old building with steep and narrow steps, not suitable for those with mobility challenges, and it was not clear from the photos that the room might be that high up!
I was not given the instruction about the check -in and where our room is until I got there. And there was discrepancy between the room that was told to me and the room which was ready!
Misleading Room Description: Advertised as a living room with a separate bedroom, but it's essentially a suite divided by a closet and curtain.
Bathroom Supplies: Only one toilet roll is provided for four people over three nights. No liquid soap, just a mini soap bar, which lacks hygiene without a soap dish.
Entrance Door: Too narrow. Needed to open the door frame when passing with luggage or for broader individuals.
Kitchen Supplies: Only three mugs and drinking glasses, although there were enough other serve ware and cutlery.
Cleanliness Issues: Some dishes were dirty, and the shower drain had hair in it.
Window Issue: A restaurant chimney from the floor below was directly in front of the kitchen window.
Noise: Disturbance from the restaurant below went on past 11 pm on a Friday night.
Bugs: Despite keeping windows closed, bugs found their way into the suite, and I had many bugs bite all over my legs and arms!
I was asked to share my home address which I was not happy with disclosing it, upon sharing it with booking.com I was told I do not need to do so.
