Charming house on the banks of the Aude, 5 minutes from the beach

Located in the courtyard of a former vineyard, our charming house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and right next to our restaurant (which offers a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere).
The village of Les Cabanes de Fleury is located in a protected, unspoiled area where you can enjoy a variety of activities: wine testings along the wine route, hikes to the Gouffre de l’Œil Doux, boat and personal watercraft rentals, musical evenings in the summer, a market, and more.
On-site convenience store (open only in the mornings during the off-season).

Our house features:
- Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a direct view of the Aude River: TV, attached bathroom or shower room in each, air conditioning.
- Living room with a sofa bed (double), TV, toilet, washing machine, and wood-burning stove.
- Fully equipped and functional kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator).
- Small shaded garden with electric grill and outdoor shower.
