Bright, recent, air-conditioned interior, in a quiet environment. Pleasant outdoor space on a 35m2 terrace, gravelled and privatized courtyard. Direct access to the Clape massif for beautiful walks. Near the beach and ponds 800m. Near the center of life. Free shuttle all summer and small train with stop in front of the residence.

Die gut gelegene Wohnung in einer größeren sehr sicheren Anlage hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse und komplette Ausstattung. Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Grundstück geparkt werden und die Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Gastgebern war perfekt. Die Aussicht war leider durch hohe Sträucher auf dem Nachbargrundstück eingeschränkt. Leider kein WLAN vorhanden.
