propre nous conseillons au proprietaire de mettre un tapis de douche a l interieur ainsi qu a l exterieur. prevoir une grande fouchette pour le barbecue.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Saint Pierre , tout s’est très bien déroulé de la réservation au départ.Frédéric est un hôte attentionné.
La location est très bien située. On fait tout à pied. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à la location nous n’avons manqué de rien.
Merci pour votre accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Das Haus hat eigentlich alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt, aber ist in keinem guten Zustand. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche verdient dieses Wort gar nicht- gleichzeitiges Händewaschen lässt den Rinnsal ganz versiegen. Die Elektrik ist sehr veraltet- die Steckdosen kann man einfach aus der Wand ziehen. Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht gründlich gereinigt worden- die Spuren des Vormieters waren leider deutlich in Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette sichtbar. Staub auf dem Sofa, in den Ecken und Handtuchhalter- die Schränke nicht sauber und die Knöpfe der Dunstabzugshaube klebten vom Bratfett. Beim Anschalten hat es gleich die Sicherung der Küche entschärft.
Nach unserer Reklamation wurde zwar grob nachgereinigt, aber eine gründliche Komplettreinigung wäre nötig gewesen. Der Vermieter hat sich jedoch ernstlich bemüht, die Probleme kurzfristig aus dem Weg zu räumen- die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation ist positiv zu bewerten.
Nach unserer Abreise schien der Vermieter aufgrund unserer Verärgerung einen Großputz zu organisieren. Also kann man hoffen, dass die nächsten Besucher einen besseren Urlaubsstart erleben als wir. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, dass das Häuschen in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand ist, spricht nichts gegen einen Aufenthalt hier, daher trotzdem 2 Sterne (auch für die gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters bei Fragen und Problemen).
