In a quiet neighborhood, a 10- to 12-minute walk from the beach and downtown.
Small detached house, approximately 45 m²,
in a pleasant and quiet setting within the residence
accommodating 4 to 5 adults or a couple with 2 to 3 children.
Pool (6 wristbands) €20 per lost wristband.
The first floor features:
An air-conditioned veranda (living area) with a table, 8 chairs, a small oven, a single-burner induction cooktop, and a small electric griddle for use on the veranda or outdoors.
Living room with a sofa bed (convertible), TV, and digital terrestrial TV decoder.
Humidifying fan.
A fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, drip coffee maker, Senseo or Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, small appliances, small wine fridge)
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
A separate bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed
Upstairs, a closed-off loft bedroom with a skylight.
A 140 x 190 sofa bed
a dresser, and standing fans.
Beach umbrella available. Baby equipment available: umbrella stroller, high chair booster seat, beach toys.
NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION 🚭

The property must be left clean. (80 euros will be withheld if not done upon key return)

Seasonal night market and funfair in July and August.
Free tourist train in the morning until 1:00 PM to get to downtown or return after the market.

You can go for walks and hikes in the garrigue in the heart of La Clape, along the seashore, or enjoy various activities offered by the town (fishing, sailing, water skiing, catamaran sailing, quad biking, horseback riding, go-karting, etc...
