Vacation home 30 metres from the beach

This pretty holiday home of about 100 m² is ideally located by the sea, in a quiet area of the resort.
It is composed on the first floor of an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a lounge area, a children's bedroom (sofa bed) with shower room and a separate toilet.
From the main room, you access a large room of 27 m² converted into an outdoor lounge (sofa, table, chairs, deckchairs) opening onto a terrace, on the sea side, where a gate will allow you to access the beach directly (pedestrian access, no cars).
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms (2 of which have a communicating balcony and sea view), a bathroom and a rest or reading area (access staircase a little steep)
Air conditioning in all rooms and on the first floor, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, etc...
Possibility to park one vehicle in the courtyard (street side) and another in front of the gate, in the street.
The beach is 30 metres away and the centre of the resort with shops and entertainment is 1 kilometre away.
The 3 bedrooms on the first floor have 140/190 cm beds
The first floor bedroom is equipped with a 140 sofa bed (preferably for children)
