Great location for the city centre and walkable to the Citta Alta. Leaky toilet fixed quickly but no replacement towels provided for the ones we had to use to mop up toilet water from the bathroom floor, nor was any extra cleaning of the bathroom offered following the toilet leak.
It could not be confirmed whether a cot would be available until a couple of days before check in, as this was subject to availability.

The lift is out of service at the moment sadly, we had to carry the heavy luggage to 1/F.

Great location, clean and tidy
The neighbours upstairs are very noisy, noise all throughout the night. Beds a creaky meaning each time you moved you woke up
