De accommodatie was ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en dicht bij padelbanen. Haven was op loopafstand, al was het een aardige klim. Fijn dat auto in parkeergarage onder het appartement kon staan.
Het appartement was niet zo schoon als ik zou verwachten. Het servies in de keuken was niet toereikend voor 4 personen. Gelukkig was de host zo vriendelijk om een dag later kopjes en glazen aan te vullen. Het meubilair op het balkon was niet gereinigd voordat we aankwamen. De banken binnen zijn niet comfortabel en je kan er slechts met 3 personen op zitten. We hebben een tuinstoel naar binnen verplaatst. Het bed in de hoofdslaapkamer vonden wij te zacht. Er was geen enkele instructie in het appartement aanwezig, bv over de klimaatregeling. We kregen de airco niet aan en daarvoor is de host nog langs moeten komen.
Op Booking wordt vermeld dat er een gym, sauna en spa aanwezig zijn. Deze zijn al langere tijd buiten gebruik. Booking zou er goed aan doen om deze info uit de advertentie te verwijderen!

Les seules choses, le spa et le gym qui ne fonctionnent pas et le fait qu il n y ait pas de micro onde.

Great modern kitchen, really nice and quiet area, nice location to walk around and walk to the beachfront and inner Estepona. Stores and Pharmacies very easy to get to. Padel courts very nearby if that is a draw-card. Apartment has good heating for a winter stay. Recommend going to the pool to make use of the sunshine as the apartment doesn't have a direct line of sunshine. Owner was really nice and clear up-front about how things worked, including the parking which was convenient.
Gym and Jacuzzi is a selling point of the place, neither were available which was a bit disappointing as we were excited to use this. Kids managed a swim on one of the warmer days, albeit very cold.

Lovely spacious safe property within easy reach of Estepona.
We booked the property to use the gym and hot tub. Both of these were unavailable which we weren’t informed before we arrived. Disappointing
