Other attractions nearby include Como Cathedral, and Basilica di San Fedele – both are around five minutes on foot. It's the same distance to the pretty Giardini del Tempio Voltiano with its museum. There are a variety of charming cafes and restaurants nearby, too or head back to this apartment for lunch. Once inside this bright and cheerful home, open up the French doors to the Juliet balcony and take in the views over Como's terracotta rooftops – we love the vistas here. Later, prepare an insalata caprese in the modern kitchen and then follow it with some gelato – perfect. This place is ideal for a family or friends who want easy access to all that Lake Como offers.
