Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Supermarket ist ungefähr 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zentrum ist auch sehr nah.
Es gibt kein separates Schlafzimmer! Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Raum.  Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, alles in einem Raum. Das Sofa ist mit einer Schraube fest gemacht, daher kann man es nicht klappen und als Sofa verwenden. Daher bekommt man das Gefühl, dass man die ganze Zeit im Bett liegt. Zwischen dem Haus und Pool befindet sich ein Zaun. Es gibt eine Tür, die offen ist. Man bekommt leider das Gefühl, dass sie jemanden in den Garten gehen.
