1. I can have the great view of the city (Table Mountain) when I stay in the balcony.

9. Shop and others good places near at the building, its make easy to buy everything you need ( food and have fun)
10.I really liked the experience always in the morning I ran about 10 km near the sea and feel the fresh air. It was a amazing stay.
1. I didn't like to saw the some homeless people that live on the outside car Park. The outside viature Park needs some clean and save the gardens.
