房子干净卫生厨房里设备齐全还可以自己煮饭非常好，环境优美离沙滩近，到沙滩上以桌山为背景拍照很出片，很不错的体验
唯一的缺点是院子太荒凉了杂乱还没有围栏，院子改进一下就很完美

Albert have a good and professional introduction. Beautiful view from terrasse first floor over the Bay , Cape Town and Tablet Mountain. Nice neighborhood, with nice Garden and very save surrounding. Beach easily accessble through the dunes.

Die top Lage ist immer wieder ein Highlight
Das nichts an der Unterkunft getan wird vom Eigentümer - es ist alles gut , aber nach Jahren der Vermietung braucht es einfach mal eine grundlegende Renovierung

Die Lage und der Service vor Ort war sehr gut; von den Räumlichkeiten waren die Schlafzimmer sehr gut
Internet war sehr gut; die Küche hatte alles aber war ein wenig alt
Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen; insbesondere müssen die Bäder gemacht werden; des Weiteren gibt es keine Liegen für den Balkon oder Garten
Etwas was nicht gut war, war der unmittelbare Nachbar; diese hatten einen Hund der in der Woche regelmäßig um 0715-0730 ausgesperrt wurde und dann erbärmlich gejault hat, was im Urlaub zweifels ohne nicht gut ist.
