It was well located and neat and tidy.
No soap/hand wash was provided in the bathrooms.
Maybe supply an additional toilet roll to allow guests to purchase more.
Provide table mats and coasters to protect the furniture from food and drink.
No basic condiments were made available, eg. Salt,pepper, oil, etc
An airfryer would be extremely useful in the unit considering most guests would either be going out for meals or having takeaway.

The location is close to the sea and it was really awesome to take walks there

The location is the best thing about this property. Being so close to the beach. Staff around the building was also very friendly.
The apartment does not have good lighting by design, making it dull. A revamp would do it justice. The place also has little to no network coverage. There is WiFi, but it also only work depending on where you are in the apartment. I complained about poor WiFi coverage in the 2nd bedroom but was just told to unplug and plug the cable. The WiFi problem will be solved by a WiFi signal extender, which doesn't cost anything above R500. Being on holiday far away from loved ones while having no network is a terrible experience. Multiple reviews have pointed this out and it seems to be ignored. Get a WiFi signal extender as a permanent solution to the WiFi issue.
