The facility futures a restaurant/bar by the hotel site joined to the apartments where we were booked in. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was great. all 3 pool areas were beautiful especially the heated pool and we enjoyed all of them. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, but our host Zintle was absolutely top tier. Her first-class service is the main reason i will be recommending the Lagoon Shoreline to everyone i know.
The property was recently dealing with the aftermath of some flooding, so there are active renovations taking place. there was a slight damp smell in some areas, but it is clear they are working hard to fix it up.

The cleanliness , the views and how spacious it was
Firstly I didn’t get assistance for checking in instead the security used my phone to call the host and complain about previous guests Secondly the tv didn’t go on and the host didn’t bother to show up or assist us There’s a door thingy that fell off after I’ve open the room door I just forgot to take a picture to tell the host because I felt like I was complaining too much she then took a picture after we’ve checked trying to blame me All in all I had a horrible stay 😫
