В первую очередь, мне понравилось общение и забота хозяйки апартаментов Дарьи. В самих апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания: кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, чайник, вся необходимая посуда, хорошо работающие интернет и цифровое телевидение. Расположение в принципе в пешей доступности до центра города. В апартах было чисто, что часто редкость при аренде квартир в Ереване😄

The host is very friendly. WiFi is working well. The location is ideal for tourists.
The AC is not working very well. There is no coldness at all. Sheets were not ready when we came and the sofas don’t seem like they’ve been washed. There is no actual bed in this apartment. It is a basement apartment which we didn’t mind.
