В центре. Очень приветливая и добрая хозяйка. В комнате чисто и уютно. Был кондиционер, поэтому еще и очень тепло!!

Чудесное, удобное, спокойное место проживания. Милейшая хозяйка. Поделилась рекомендациями вкусных мест этого гостеприимного города. Приятное интересное оформление, хочется разглядывать. Не спросила, но мне кажется, авторства самой хозяйки, очень здорово и красиво выполнено. Окна выходят на зелёный парк, обзор вдаль довольно приличный, вечером симпатично подсвечивается. Огромный супермаркет в шаговой доступности через дворы в противоположную сторону от парка. А по пути к нему можно увидеть местную достопримечательность-голубую мечеть, со стороны улицы можно зайти во двор. Рекомендации для бронирующих. 1. Это не недостаток, просто надо учитывать, что нести свой багаж придётся, поднимаясь по лестнице. Просто рассчитывайте свои силы, налегке подняться несколько пролётов-проблемой не станет. 2. Если чувствительны к свету, захватите маску для сна, так как несмотря на плотные шторы, солнце в Ереване очень щедрое, с утра в конце сентября оно, любя, светит прямо в спящие глаза) /у меня всегда с собой, не будило/
