This 39m² apartment is charming and easily accessible by public transport from both the train station and the airport.

As you step through the door, you’ll enter a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (140x190).

The dining space offers a table that seats up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric stove).

The bedroom boasts a king-size bed (180x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel linens.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate.

The street where the apartment is located is only accessible by car between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Outside of these hours, parking is available at the Cité Mondiale parking lot, located just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Please note that this is a paid parking facility and not included in your booking.

You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the communal areas.

The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays.

We are the GuestReady Concierge and we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are available 24/7 should you have any questions during your stay. Please note that this is a private owner's accommodation: please take care of it as if it were your own!

Known as the historic cradle of Bordeaux wines, the Chartrons district stretches from the Jardin Public to the quays, passing through the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district.
Located not far from the quays of Bordeaux, you can stroll to take advantage of the lively streets and the many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants which abound on the sidewalks. Very pleasant and typical district of Bordeaux!

- Tram C stop Paul Doumer is 5 minutes from the apartment and will take you through the historic centre to Saint Jean station.
- Tram B: Chartrons stop
- By car, you can park in the street (paying) or in the underground car park of the Cité Mondiale.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). No commercial activity, no outside person. We reserve the right to come and check that the instruction is respected. If the internal regulations are not respected, this will result in an immediate end of the rental without refund.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
