De ligging, schoon en prima ingericht
De onderburen. Een dame met meerdere honden die vaak aansloegen. Ook s’nachts. Mede hierdoor stonk het in het trappenhuis.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schon älteren Haus im Renaissance Viertel. Man fühlt sich dort wie in einem der bekannten Schlösser der Loire. Nur viel kleiner dafür komfortabler. Die Altstadt hat man zu Fuß schnell erreicht.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, die als Duschwanne genutzt wird (Einstieg ist recht hoch).
Die Toreinfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eng. Diese ist für Fullsize SUV's nicht geeignet.
