The caravan was clean and tidy the beds were comfortable. I loved that we had an on suite. The kitchen was very well equipped.. The caravan was a good size .

Enjoyable, relaxing family time with my sister.

Accommodation was clean and tidy, location was great, easy to reach areas to visit. Local residents around accommodation were friendly too. The only thing we were a little disappointed at, was there was no kitchen blind up at the window, so felt a little exposed in the evening, other than that we were extremely happy, with the accommodation and service we received.

Maybe update the net curtains throughout as either some were missing [from 2nd bedroom] or in poor condition.

Relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable

Caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful location and very quiet. Caravan was minutes from the beach and the conservation area. Felixstowe is a great place for families. It is so dog friendly you can take them in the shops, most restaurants and the amusements.

Good from far, but far from good.

Spacious caravan with outside decking, in a nice location just behind the beach/ promenade.

There were a number of issues which are reflected in prior reviews including the bedding, freezer and general wear and tear of the property which I reported to 2C Holidays.

The caravan was dirty, there were holes in net curtains, pillows in bedroom had holes in and where flat, dirty microwave and kettle, one of the steps into the caravan was dangerous the oven was filthy and so was one of the cooking trays. General cleaning was very poor

Convienant stay bit needs update

Convenient to sea front and sea

Property tired. Net curtains ripped, sofa bed area not hoovered when pulled out, shower not draining well and nearly flooded, wifi not aways working, outside wooden fencing near parking area that been taken down, step to caravan needs attention. Have emailed no response. Obviously limited staff as holiday time. Just emergency numbers Alot cleaning stuff, empty boxes, shoes visible to guests

Good last minute get away!

Spacious, clean caravan, in a mainly peaceful area of the caravan park, with the sea and beach nearby, we could hear the waves from the caravan and even had a narrow view through the other caravans.

If there had been six adults, this caravan may have felt a bit less spacious! There was just enough of everything in the kitchen, but unfortunatley no sharp knife. The holiday park does not have recycling facilities.

Lovely modern well equipped and comfortable Caravan. Although we didn’t use them the dishwasher and washing machine were an added bonus. The Company 2c were very easy and professional to deal with. All good.

unfortunately we were left without gas at this property for four days ,which meant no cooker , no hot water & no heating in December! completely ruined our holiday & new year .
