Nice waterfall ,decking and pond ,car parked outside door in the property. Lots of beautiful bird songs and wildlife.

Lovely and comfortable little cottage with everything you could possibly need. I really liked the lovely host who couldn’t do enough for me and made me feel so welcome when I arrived in the evening after a long drive. It’s a great place for dogs with poo bags and dog bowls provided. There is also a private field onsite that is completely fenced in and safe for your dogs to play in.

We thought the outdoor space was lovely and really liked sitting by the fabulous pond for breakfast and evening meals. It's a fantastic location near great beaches if you have a car. The hosts were very helpful.

Very Central to Honiton
The appliances in the kitchen, the oven took forever to heat up and not enough utensils, i.e. saucepans. Also, the steps leading up to the bedrooms were very steep without sufficient banister rails.
