On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and doors to a patio.There is an adjacent shared laundry room. Outside is also a big shared lawn with barbecue and a shared games barn. 2 Dogs accepted, fee charged for second. Four miles from Colyton, The Linney is a friendly cottage for a Devon break. Please note: the property accepts a 4 night minimum duration of stay.
