The Shippen is a single-storey cottage converted from a barn on a traditional Devon farm near the little town of Colyton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and twin, with a family bathroom. On the same level is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and door to a patio. The adjacent scullery houses washing machine and tumble drier. Outside is also a big shared lawn with barbecue and a games barn. Four miles from Colyton, The Shippen is a welcoming cottage for a fabulous Devon break. 2 Dogs accepted fee charged for second. Please note: the property accepts a 4 night minimum duration of stay.
