ESM Hotel

I booked a room for two people, and we were originally assigned a room on the third floor. While we were walking up the stairs, a male Indian staff member noticed that my friend, who is on the heavier side, was having difficulty climbing the stairs. He kindly and thoughtfully upgraded us to a triple room on the second floor without any hassle. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtfulness shown by the staff. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the hotel team, especially the staff member who assisted us with such professionalism and care. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Good location and price. Hot and cold water avaliable from a machine in reception.

One window overlooked the hallway, so no window.

Good for the price and great location, the man at the reception was lovely and very welcoming!

The beds and pillows weren’t the comfiest

Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and the whole place was flooded. The rest was fine. We paid extra for a room with a window, but to be honest, it wasn’t great.
