Room was good and spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Liked the little lift that takes you to your floor, and was happy with the with property in general and how you gain access and lock up when you leave. It’s in a good location and you can easily walk to all the main sights and points of interest. Only saw the receptionist once when checking in. Never saw them again across 5 days. Air con was well needed as 37 degrees outside during our stay! Must mention the cleaners. They were incredible friendly and helpful and always said good morning with a smile.

Not a negative about the property itself, but we messaged the property reception team via booking.com mobile app asking them to book us a taxi for our trip to the Ciampino airport on our last day. We booked it the day before our last day. I was quoted €65 for the taxi and when I questioned why it wasn’t €40 like all the other white taxi’s in Rome, I was told it is a private taxi and if I want a white one I can either wait at the rank in the nearby square or be given a number to call myself. To save hassle, I booked the private one which was meant to pick us up right outside the property at 10:00. After waiting till 10:15 with no taxi, I messaged the property and was told they would contact the driver, then some time later was told the driver is having trouble with their vehicle and I would need to either walk to the rank or they would call a white one for us. We already asked someone to call a white taxi firm but they were struggling to get through to anyone and so we went to the rank and had to wait further 20 mins for one to pull over. By this point we were nearly an hour later leaving the city centre than we should have been, causing a bit of panic about whether we would miss our flight. Thankfully, we didn’t miss it. Just think it’s poor to book a private taxi at nearly double the price, then you have to chase where it is only to be eventually told that they wouldn’t be arriving due to vehicle problems.

Its clean and private i like the way we got treated like we are in a great hotels they gave us water every day and changed our towel was very respectful we felt very comfortable
