It was gorgeous.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not bad.

Spacious property, well proportioned. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms pristine and new. Very well equipped. Enclosed garden.
Lounge sofas and rug were very old and in desperate need of change. Road noisy.

The location is superb if you like walking and cycling, you are minutes away from some excellent off piste MTB tracks. Cafe in village 15mins away did fantastic breakfasts. Easy access to larger towns such as Monmouth. Great outdoor space, covered area, BBQ.
