Clever choice in hidden port

Brilliant location with wonderful hosts with a bit oldish furniture but great value with swimming pool and nice roof terrace. Free use of fridge and i brought a water kettle for coffee etc.

There are extension constructions that makes a bit difficult to access pool but the kindness of hosts compensate all

Fine for the price

The place fits the price. Cheap with the necessary amenities and that's it. It was necessary with a fan in the room. It's close to the beach and bus terminal, which is convenient and nice.

It was awfully hot during the evening and night, why we had to keep the fan on max and even that wasn't really enough. There was a bit of weird noises in the room, why we couldn't know if it was some kind of animal wanting to enter our room. The shower kept dripping and couldn't be turned all the way off, which was annoying. We had to check out at 6 am, where we couldn't find anyone at the reception. We left the key and tried to get out of the front door, which was locked and we got a bit stressed (we needed to be somewhere). Luckily after a few minuts the receptionist came and locked us out. Good to keep in mind, should you need an early check-out. The area/alley around the hotel had a handful of homeless sleeping in the streets, why it didn't feel too safe to go alone when it got dark.

Walking distance to some nearby restaurants.

Didn’t expect much given previous reviews but this place was horrible. It’s like they aren’t even trying. Mattresses scattered around room with no bed sheets, not even a thin sheet to cover your body. Cockroaches running around room. Shared bathrooms super dirty, no toilet paper. I didn’t see anyone working or cleaning, just a guy collecting money at the front. Seems more like a prison cell operation. I left the next day and went somewhere else. Sad because property has potential but poor management.

They didn't have enough rooms for their reservations.

The location is close to the Adoquin, and the staff was very nice.

The hostel over booked and when i came to check in, even though I had a reservation they didn't have room for me. They did eventually find a bed for me, but i gave it to a young girl who was behind me who also had a reservation but the hotel said they couldn't find a bed for her. They also tried to charge me more than what the reservation said it would be.

I highly do not recommend staying here!

I like that it wasn’t a popular hostel to stay at so I was the only one in my dorm for 3 nights out of the 5.

The fridge didn’t work and the kitchen was a bit messy. The water always ran out by the end of the day or there was no drinking water that day. I paid on booking through PayPal and they told me they never got the money. I had to pay them AGAIN with cash. Also booking isn’t very helpful even though I reported them that issue.

Me gustó que esta super cerca de la playa principal, del adoquin, cerca de chedraui, cerca para todo, la vista es muy buena, ves el mar desde la habitación, en general por la ubicación, el muchacho que atiende muy amable y servicial

Lo que no me gustó es que no pusieron que están en remodelación y todos los días que estuvimos ahí, pues el ruido del trabajo de los albañiles nos despertaban siempre ya sea cortando varilla y su música, no había una cocina disponible como se dice, las muchachas de la limpieza ni buenos días te dicen, solo empiezan a limpiar aunque estés ahí sentada en la sala de estar, empiezan a pasar el trapeador sin pedir permiso, teníamos que pasar a la alberca en medio de lo que están construyendo y no me agrado eso, otra cosita es que los colchones no están aptos para descansar ya se siente los resortes y pues amanece uno adolorido, unos nuevos no vendrían mal. Sería prudente que actualicen su información para saber si uno renta el hospedaje o no, ya que uno va a descansar y pues casi no se pudo.

Los accesos para llegar al hotel tienen presencia de indigencia por lo cual huelen muy mal, las instalaciones están en muy mal estado, las fotos disfrazan muchísimo la realidad del lugar, la ventana del baño no tiene todos los vidrios, el hotel esta en construcción (marzo 2025) y el ruido de los taladros, golpes y demolición desde temprano son insoportables.

No tiene acceso con auto , el estacionamiento muy lejos de las habitaciones, demasiadas escaleras por dentro y fuera del hotel , un show subir las maletas
