The property was very clean, safe, and located right off the beach.
Check-in was very confusing. It asked me what time I wanted to check in. I got there at 4:45 PM. There was no one at the front desk and I had to Call several different phone numbers in order to get the entry instructions and pin code to get in. Other than that, the property was clean, and in a great area.

I did like that there were two pools to go to and that the view was nice in general. Location was convenient to shopping/food and attractions. Decent enough walk to get to the beach and having the little tiki hut bar was nice too. The pet friendly aspect was good too, the room was fairly clean and the AC worked well
I did not receive all of the check in details prior to arrival nor did I know I needed my pets vaccination records or that I would be charged another $88 in "cleaning" fees in addition to all the fees I already paid. Pretty sure it was over $300 in resort fees that I had already paid. I paid for early check in and we were calling trying to find where to go at 9:45am and by the time everything was said and done and we finally made it to our room it was 10:45am. Was not giving details of room number or even which tower to go to until I was at the resort, thankfully my vet was able to email the records to me but I lost an hour that I paid for. The people on the phone had me running around the wrong tower trying to tell me what room and transferred me twice both of which were disconnected and the security guard is the one who directed me where to go. The room was decent but I had family I was staying with and we specifically booked a room with a separate bedroom and couldn't even sleep in the room because the HVAC pump is IN THE ROOM and every single time it kicked on and off it sounded like someone kicking in a door and slamming a screen shut and and was so noisy there was no way to sleep in that room. We had to pretty much share the living room which was not very convenient when there are other people. The entire resort only had ONE ice machine for two towers and I contacted the number on the ice machine because on two separate occasions I had to pay for ice only to find out it was empty and still have not gotten my money refunded.
