Amazing apartment! Without a doubt the cleanest i booked over the years. Everything you can wish for is included: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, rain shower, airconditioning.

The owner is very kind, but only speaks Italian and Russian, so the language barrier can be a bit difficult . The spiral staircase to the upper floor bedroom is tight and doesn't feel safe. Also the ceiling of the upper floor bedroom is extremely low and impossible to stand up or walk around without hitting your head. The road below the apartment can be very busy with loud trafic in the evening, but if you close the windows this won't be too bad. There are only 2 private parking spots for 3 apartments, so you might need to park in the public parking down the street sometimes. Personally i didn't have to because the owner moved her car for me after i told her i'm really careful with my car and preferred private save and private parking.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und alles war super organisiert und sauber. Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert und ein Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir Netflix auf dem Fernseher und die bereitgestellten Kaffeekapseln. Die Aufteilung mit zwei Einzelbetten oben und einem Doppelbett unten war ideal. Außerdem gibt es Restaurants in Laufnähe. Für die Nähe zu Como ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich hervorragend.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
