Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, felt safe in the vicinity, and free parking (a huge plus for SF, though spaces are tight). No holding deposit was required since we pre-paid for the full stay. Excellent location for exploring.
Cons: Very basic amenities/facilities.
Review: This is a solid, straightforward, and safe place to stay. If you plan to spend your days out walking the city and just need a reliable bed and a place to park, it’s just right. The parking is free, but just as a standard precaution for the city, be careful and don't leave any valuables inside your parked car.

Great location. The room was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the free parking . The WiFi was unreliable and never worked, even after bringing the issue to the staff’s attention.

One block away from Lombard makes a huge difference in the ambient sound; much quieter. One block from a great laundromat.. very short pleasant walk to Marina Green. Safeway, a pleasant walk away also..
