A renovated older property. The lobby and halls look a bit suspect, but the rooms are great. Totally remodeled. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Add in free parking and it’s a fantastic value for SF. They have a checkin kiosk in the lobby which is just stupid, because the front desk agent is right there. You look like a fool talking to an AI agent in a box. Terrible customer experience. Other than that it’s a good property. You can tell they are trying, which says something. I’d stay again.

Location and price were great. Free parking was an added bonus. Only complaint were room outlets old and worn, so plugging anything in was a challenge.
