    The location is great. Even though the building itself is a bit dated, the 4-bed private dorm room we were in was clean and well maintained. The room is basic with minimal furniture, but is spacious. Front desk was very friendly, and the common areas were also well kept. Continental breakfast was very basic. We didn't have any issues with noise or with smell of smoke/weeds. And the free parking in the underground garage is a big "plus". We paid about *** per person per night, taxes included, for fourth of July weekend; it's very reasonable, imo.

    Overall, I’m delighted with Samesun Hotel, highly recommend a private room. Clean, large rooms with pleasant decor and good bathroom, fridge and facilities.. My only comment is breakfast is the lady in charge of breakfast is challenging! Despite saying breakfast starts at 7am, she only starts setting it out then. She gets very annoyed if you take the advertised time as correct! I saw her chastise a mum and baby who’d been up all hours. 🥲 They tried to get food just after 7. Other mornings, the same thing happened. Be forewarned. But Samesun is great. I recommend it.
