Older facility on the outside but the rooms are very nice. The bathroom had nice marble in the shower and piping hot water! Staff are very efficient and best of all, they have free parking. Hotel is a few blocks from Ft. Mason Park, which has spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and is about a mile from the Lombard Street Russian Hill "twisty street".

1) One night, there was roadworks going on until 5 am. I politely asked if we could be moved to another room. I was rudely told, ‘No, that’s your problem.’
2) It’s been 10 days now, and I still haven’t had my $150 deposit refunded. They originally promised it would be returned within 24 hours of checking out of the accommodation

The place was fine, roomy, clean. The only issue is you need to notify the front desk if you want housekeeping. I'd stay here again.

Free safe parking, clean rooms, comfy bed. Near to gas station. Our only complaint NO microwave. I hope the management will upgrade their room with microwave. Its 4.8/5 because of no microwave
