    Our ROOST apartment was in a great location with convenient parking, in a beautiful building with many amenities. We also got a GREAT deal booking through Agoda. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tampa!

    The room was great and in a perfect place for restaurants. Michelin recommend restaurants are all around the hotel.

    Upon check in, staff mentioned multiple times that reservation had just come in and would take a few minutes. They proceeded to chat with one another while we sat there waiting until they were good and ready, after we had a long day of travel. The room set up is strange. You walk into a door, followed by a hall and other room doors. There is a common area in the middel of the rooms. People were loud from 2-4 AM, but we could not tell where the sound was coming from. Called the front desk and nothing improved. Had to get up at 5 AM for a flight, so this was not good at all. Upon check out, the guy at the desk was just sitting there and hardly acknowledged us.
