The location was perfect for walking.
Everything was wonderful don't get me wrong. But I do wish they had rooms with no carpet. Carpet in general is very disgusting and holds so much filth and germs. Not saying that this facility is gross or unclean. Just saying as a personal preference. Especially when traveling with pets and kids. I never allow my kids on carpet in any hotel. Nor my bags. Also, plugs were extremely worn out and needed replacing as for you could not keep anything plugged in.

This property is directly across from the 1.8 mile marker on RiverWalk Tampa, FL.
The beds are lumpy but I still slept well after I fell asleep.
