    Service was great. Location was excellent. Facilities were shabby and not all what we expect of the Hilton brand. Pool was closed as we're several floors for construction. Riverwalk access was closed. Elevator and hallways had no AC. Balconies had great views -- and no furniture! -- no place to sit. Room furniture had water damage and was not completely clean. Overall would not recommend until renovations are completed

    We arrived late. Staff who checked us in, did not really look like she is feeling her work. The area where the hotel is is very good. You have bars, restaurants, clubs, nearby, and the most beautiful walk. You can take on the riverwalk at night. As we woke up the next morning, we saw ants crawling around by the window and on the nightstand. We complained and denied getting a different room. I mean it’s the same hotel so no thank you! Requested refund

    Stayed here multiple times when visiting son at UTampa. The location is perfect, the pool/bar is awesome and lively! Easy to walk around along the riverfront.

    This hotel has an excellent location right by the river walk and walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The rooms and the whole building is unfortunately very old and run-down, on my first day when it was quite hot the A/C also didn’t function properly which made my stay very uncomfortable. That said the building is under reconstruction and hopefully this will address the above issues in the future. Staying here for 1 night was okay but at its current state a longer stay would have been quite depressing. Most facilities are closed at the moment due to the construction work. Thankfully, I didn’t hear any construction noise. I asked for a room with river view on a higher floor but it wasn’t provided. I had to stay on a low floor with no view, even tough I booked a higher category room. The staff were pleasant, there was one lady at check out who was extremely kind and helpful and got me my charger that I left in my room by accident. I gave some extra stars because her kindness elevated my opinion of this hotel significantly. The cleaners were nice and polite as well.
