The location was perfect for exploring on foot, and the accommodations provided a restful sleep with reliable hot water throughout. The staff were attentive and facilities well-maintained, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Cleanliness was top-notch, adding to the comfort and value of the stay.

Before we arrived, I did everything I could to prepare for our stay. I reconfirmed our reservation and received the exact same info I had two months prior at purchase. When we arrived at the hotel, we hit wall after wall of issues because of the virtual check-in. No staff in site to help us, and I was never provided a phone number to call after confirming my reservation. It led to a very long and difficult process that required us to sit outside in the sun in 95 degree heat and 85% humidity because you can’t enter the building without your code. We sat for 20 minutes total out there. If a couple hadn’t exited when they had and provided the number for me to call, I don’t know how long I would’ve searched for it. I had begun to think I paid into a scam. When we finally had the number to get in the building, we finally got to actually checking in. After finished that, we got all our info needed to get to our room. A big problem here are how this virtual hotel works. There’s no keys to have, staff to help you, and if your phone dies before you think to write down your info, you’re out of luck. Because of the stressful and frustrating confusion of check it, I forgot to screenshot one of the numbers necessary to have, and finding them again later proved difficult as a newbie to their website. Once we finally got inside the foyer, it was Very nice. We liked the water fill station a lot in the foyer. The room was gorgeous too. However, the lighting for the bathroom was poor, and I had to fix the wooden boards holding the mattress for the bed. The head of the mattress was sinking in because the boards at the head had not only been pushed down towards the foot of the bed by two feet, they’d also been derailed, and it was a pain to get them back up. In the end, it makes sense it was cheap for not having any staff besides cleaning on site. They definitely need to figure out how to make their entire virtual process much more guest-friendly. Those who we did speak with on the phone though were kind and helpful. If you’re tech savvy it should be easy for you to get a nicer hotel for cheap like this, otherwise, I’d stick with real people who can help you in real time at a real hotel in some freaking AC.
