Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Marijanishvili, man kommt überall recht gut hin, U Bahn ist in Laufnähe, und viele Buslinien auch. Es ist ein schöner Stadtteil, funky, mit echtem Leben. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sein Auto im Hof parken. Wenn man dem Vermieter Bescheid gibt, wird einem das Tor geöffnent. Ich hab mich recht wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Wenn man den Vermieter nach etwas fragt, besorgt er es einem aber.
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer recht befahrenen Straße, und man hört den Verkehr schon ziemlich.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The experience started in the best way possible — the owner personally picked me up at the airport with a big smile. He was super kind and welcoming, which made a huge difference when arriving in a new country.
The apartment itself is lovely, with high ceilings and a great location in the trendy Chugureti (Marjanishvili) neighborhood, just steps away from the famous Fabrika — a lively hub with bars, restaurants, and cafés. Everything you might need is nearby: many nice restaurants (including a budget-friendly spot where you can get khinkali for less than 2 lari each), a supermarket two blocks away, and a charming corner street with a playground where you can relax and watch local life unfold.
It’s a perfect spot if you want a good mix of shops, nightlife, and a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day. The apartment was missing some basic kitchen accessories like pans and cleaning products at first, but the owner was very receptive and provided what I needed promptly. Still, adding a few more pans, plates, and cooking utensils could be helpful for future guests.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tbilisi.
