Из минусов стоит только предупредить тех, кто имеет чуткий сон и/или проблемы с засыпанием, т.к. это 1-й этаж, сразу за окном тротуар и дорога, и звуки улицы бывают допоздна.

Noise from outside can be heard.

Accomodation is as shown in pictures. Towels were provided and essential things in bathroom and kitchen. Heating was working for colder days. Close to stores and bus station.

Не очень комфортно было то , что в апартаментах видно курят гости , и запах впитался в стены квартиры , ну и соответственно в одежду , проветривание не сильно помогает

It's located in the city center. Convenient to get to any sightseeing, many cafes around. Not far from the subway. There is a fridge and a microwave. Host is nice and communicative. Good value for money.

The biggest problem is noise. As I said, it's located in city center, first floor - there is nothing yuo can do about the noice. It was difficult for me to get asleep. Also didn't like linens, had some strange allergy for them and was itchy after sleeping. Also we had some miscommunication about the water heater - it turned out the water was cold only because it was partially disabled.
