Apartment in a good location in Tbilisi. The host was helpful. Excellent value for money
Air conditioning could be added, but I was fine. The shower is open, so you have to sweep it clean. It wasn't a problem for me

Все чисто, добрейший хозяин. Поддерживает связь через ватсап, быстро отвечает , заселил нас ночью. Цена— просто сказка 🥳 Есть кухня и минимум посуды, можно что-то приготовить. Тихо!!! Мы очень крепко спали несмотря на отсутствие кондея.
Показалось, что есть запах плесени, хотя нигде не видно ничего такого. Имейте ввиду, что до номера нужно идти по лестнице. Пройти можно с двух сторон- с улицы ниже и с улице выше апартаментов. При заселении лучше спускаться вниз и ехать на улицу, которая выше апартаментов.

Квартира располагается в очень атмосферном аутентичном районе, до центра (пл. Свободы или Авлабари) 20 минут пешком. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности,все старое,неуютное,но и цена на жилье соответствующая, здесь выбор каждого. Все работает (вода холодная,горячая,микроволновка,фен и т.д.), набора столовых приборов и посуды достаточно, чистое белье, 3 одноразовых шампуня. Wi-fi работает прекрасно. Радушные хозяева. Мы прожили неделю с ребенком,нас все устроило за такую цену.

It was very clean, and the owner is here to help you
The bed was not so comfortable, bathroom is not really a proper bathroom and you can hear the owners talking at midnight in the garden, or the dog barking outside..
