David is an amazing host and the flat has everything you could need. Additionally he was constantly available and attentive to a couple of my requests for linen, and to fix the hot water.
There are construction works going on next door, and a dog that barks incessantly, making sleep difficult. Not David’s fault at all, and hopefully this is only temporary as I loved everything else about the place. Thanks for hosting me David!

Очень хороший хозяин. В квартире было чисто. Были буквально ВСЕ удобства, запасы воды на случай отключения, стиральный порошок, бокалы. Хороший интернет. Хозяин принес нам новое постельное белье из магазина, принес новую сковороду по нашей просьбе. Побывали в некоторых апартаментах в Тбилиси, эти - лучшие. Если приедем в Тбилиси ещё - обязательно остановимся тут. Рекомендую!
За более месяца проживания минусов не нашлось :)

Очень приятное жилье. Доброжелательные хозяева, которые всегда были на связи. Чистая и уютная квартира с высокими потолками и продуманным освещением. Отличные кровати и качественное постельное белье. Все продумано до мелочей, от посуды до таких приятных деталей, как зубные щетки, тапочки и даже стиральный порошок (отдельное спасибо за заботу). Хороший интернет. Район тихий и приятный, рядом парк и магазины.
Слышен лай соседской собаки, особенно если окно открыто.
